Snacks Receipe Easy Preparations

BISKEEMIYA

Ingredients:

Cabbage – 1/4 kg
Flour(Maida) – 1/4 kg
Chopped Onion -1 Number
Green Chilies – 2 Numbers
Boiled Eggs – 3 Numbers
Coriander Leaves – As Per Required
Pepper Powder – 2 Table Spoons
Salt – As Per Required
Oil – As Per Required
Water – As Per Required


Method:

  • Take a Bowl and mash the boiled eggs, add as well as the chopped onion, green chilies, cabbage, pepper powder, and the required amount of salt.
  • In another bowl pour the maida flour and add a little distilled oil.
  • Then add warm water and salt to taste and knead into samosa flour.
  • Roll into small balls, place the previously stuffed, stuffing inside and fold off the water at the edges.
  • Pour oil in a frying pan and fry it over medium heat until golden brown.

BEDMI PURI

In India, every type of food is popular in every state. Food tastes different in the northern states and in the southern states. Puri dishes are often preferred for breakfast in the northern states. In that sense it is the most popular food in states like Delhi, Agra, Uttar Pradesh Bedmi Puri. This nutritious puritan is the staple breakfast of the locals. Here is this very easy Puri recipe.


Ingredients:

Flour For Puri:

Wheat flour – 2 Table Spoons
Semolina – 1/4 Cup
White Peas – 1/2 Cup
Salt – As Per Required
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Table Spoons
Chili powder – 1 Table Spoon
Kasturi Methi – 1 Table Spoon
Oil Fry – 2 Table Spoons

Per Filling:

Black Grams – 1 Table Spoon
Green Chili – 2 Numbers
Ginger – 1 Piece
Asparagus – 1/4 Tea Spoon
Anise Powder – 1/2 Tea Spoon
Chili – 1 Table Spoon
Sesame Powder – 1 Table Spoon
Amsur Powder – 1 Table Spoon
Cumin Powder – 1 Table Spoon
Coriander Leaves – As Per Required
Oil – 1 Table Spoon
Salt – As Per Required

Method:

  • Soak the lentils for 2 hours, add a little water and grind to a fine paste.
  • In this, put one part in a bowl and knead it with the ingredients for puri flour, add two tablespoons of oil and soak for half an hour.
  • Put the pan in the Stave, add a tablespoon of oil in it, add the spices and green chilies and ginger, and add the minced paste as well.
  • After frying for a while, add the remaining black gram paste and salt and fry. Cook well and keep simmering till the spare part comes out.
  • Sprinkle with coriander leaves when lumpy and powdery. Once it cools down a bit, start making Puri.
    Take a small amount of kneaded dough and make it like a cup.
  • In this, the filling should be kept inside, covered and fully collected. Fry the rolled puri in oil over medium heat.
    This puri is delicious when served with aloo sabzi.

SPICY FRY

Ingredients:

Cumin – 1 Table Spoon
Curry Leaves – 1/4 Cup
Dried Red chilies – 1/4 Cup
Peanuts – 1/4 Cup
Bengal Gram – 1/4 Cup
Rice flour – 1 Table Spoon
Roasted semolina – 1/4 Cup
Flour(Maida) – 1 Cup
Salt – As Per Required
Oil – As Per Required
Water – As Per Required


Method:

  • Separately fry the curry leaves, dried chilies and peanuts in a frying pan.
  • Keep them all until the heat subsides, as well as add the peanuts and grind in half in a mixer.
  • In a bowl add the ground powder, cumin powder, rice flour, semolina, maida and salt and stir.
  • Then, heat the oil and mix it with the flour and stir.
  • Add a little water and knead the chapati.
  • Prepare it like chapati, cut into desired designs, put in oil and fry the dough hot.
  • Now, ready to serve the delicious crunchy ‘Spicy Fry’.

 

BREAD PIZZA

During the play season, children will be asked to cook a variety of dishes. For those who like a lot of innovative foods, giving them food bought outside can be detrimental to their health. So, from time to time we can prepare some innovative dishes ourselves. In that sense here we are going to look at Fred Pizza. You don’t have a pizza bun to make pizza, let’s put the Sandwich bread .

Ingredients:

Sandwich bread – 4 Pieces

Tomatoes chopped – 1/4 Cup

Chopped onion – 1/4 Cup

Chopped Capsicum – 1/4 Cup

Roasted Butter – 1/4 Cup

Grated cheese – 1/4 Cup

Chopped coriander leaves – A Little

 Salt – A Little

 Chili or pepper powder – 1/2 Table Spoon

  •  Heat the pan and apply a little oil. Place the pan on stove. Place the bread in the pan and spread the chopped vegetables evenly over them.
  • Then sprinkle generously with grated butter and grated cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle the required salt and pepper on top and simmer over medium heat.
  • Now cook the vegetables to the required size and the cheese will start to melt well and start spreading on top of the vegetables.
  •  At the same time as the melted cheese spreads evenly over the vegetables, good aroma will begin to come through.
  •  At this point take it out of the stove and serve. Not only children, adults also will enjoy this bread pizza.

WHEAT MILK CAKE

 To Make Sugar Syrup:

Sugar – 3/4 Cup

Cardamom powder – 1/4 Tea Spoon

Water – 1/4 Cup

 Method:

  •  Add yogurt and ghee in a bowl and mix well. Add wheat flour, milk powder, baking soda and salt and knead to make chapati flour.
  • Distill the milk well and add the required amount. Milk powder can also be used instead of milk. Put the dough on the chapati stone and make it thickly.
  • Then, cut it into small square shaped pieces. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add square shaped flour pieces and fry until golden.
  • In another frying pan add sugar, and cardamom powder and let it boil well. Make it like globe jamun paste.
  • Add the water to the wheat cake syrup and let it soak for half an hour.
  • Prepare a delicious wheat milk cake to eat after the zira has absorbed all the flour.
