Methods:
- First you need to prepare a clean table or prepare a large plate. First take the sweet bread and put it on the table.
- Then put the bread on the table and crush them well. Put a hole in the middle of that bread particle.
- Add the fat and mix well. Add a little bit of Gold Winner Oil or Re-find Oil after adding the fat.
- Baking Powder, Coconut Powder, Vanilla Powder, Tutti Fruity, Cashew nuts Add a little oil and mix well.
- Then add all the mixture and well. Take the kneaded mixture on a plate.
- Take a medium size bowl. Add cake gel, sugar, egg and beat well.
- Beat the eggs well and add with pineapple essence and ghee.
- After a while pour the prepared dough into it and stir lightly.
- Then pour the dough evenly on two large plates.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes take the cake tray out of the oven and let it cure or cool well.
- Finally cut the cake into small pieces and serve.

Ingredients:
Flour – 1 Kilogram
Sugar Powder 300 Grams
Fat – 600 Grams
Tutti Fruity – As Per Required
Methods:
- First you need to prepare the dough for making cookies.
- For that you need to clean a large table first or clean a large plate and take it out.
- First put the Fat in it and rub well.
- Rub it well for a 15 minutes then add sugar powder in it and rub well again, then knead the dough.
- Add Tutti Fruity in it and knead well, then knead all four well.
- Fat, Sugar, Flour, Tutti Fruity Mix all four well and cover with a cotton cloth for fifteen minutes as soon as the flour is ready.
- Then take the dough and rub it round in the chapati stone.

MANGO MALAI CAKE

Ingredients:
Milk – 1 and 1/2 cup
Mango – 2 Counts (skin removed)
Sugar – 4 Table Spoons
Corn flour – 3 Table Spoons
Malai – 2 Table Spoons
Coconut Crumbs – 2 Table Spoons
Biscuit-15 Piece
Powdered pista – As Per Required
White Chocolate – A Little
Method:
- Peel a mango, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cut it into small pieces and grind into a paste. Add milk, sugar and corn flour in a pan and mix well.
- Place this lumpy mixture in the stove over medium heat and stir well.
- Stir until the mixture without over cook, then turn off the stove while it is still slightly loose.
- When the mixture is over medium heat, add the Malai cream to it. Put it back in the stove and keep stirring.
- When everything is mixed together and the glue comes to a paste, let the mixture cool down and let it cool. When well cooled, the mixture will come to a cartridge.
- Then, add the crushed mango paste and mix well. When all is mixed together, the comes into alva turns.
- Leave it as it is and grind only 5 of the biscuits you have taken. Layer the whole biscuits first on a glass plate.
- Spread the mango mixture on top of it. On top of that, sprinkle with grated coconut. Create a layer on the second, as you did on the first. Sprinkle with grated white chocolate, chopped mango slices, powdered biscuits and pista powder.
- Put this prepared mixture in the fridge for two hours. Now the mango Malai cake is ready to be served. This can be served in pieces.
KACHAYAM
Ingredients:
Palm Jaggery – 175 Grams
Cardamom powder – 2 Tea Spoon
Banana – 2 Counts
Coconut – Half Lid
Wheat flour – 250 Grams
Baking soda 1 Table Spoon
Oil – As Per Required
Method:
- In a bowl add water with cane sugar or jaggery and mix well. Add cardamom powder and banana and knead well.
- Then add coconut flakes, wheat flour and baking soda and knead into dough. Water can be added as required.
- After ten minutes pour the oil into the frying pan and when it comes to moderate heat, pour in the melted dough a little at a time and fry well. Then what ..?
